Employment Litigation Expertise
While Caitlin has represented both sides of employment litigation, her focus is on prevention against and defense of litigation brought by employees, both as individuals and in class and representative action litigation, working on behalf of employers of all sizes. Her practice includes advice and counseling on all aspects of employment law, ranging from wage and hour law, anti-harassment and discrimination, leaves of absence and hiring and termination practices.
Caitlin attended Santa Clara University School of Law as a Dean’s Fellow—the school’s highest honor awarded to incoming students. She earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington. At Santa Clara, Caitlin participated in Honors Moot Court and Law Review.
A Wide Range of Experience
Caitlin has over ten years of experience, litigating in numerous California Superior Courts, the Sixth District Court of Appeals, and before the California Labor Commissioner, the Fair Employment and Housing Commission, and the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board. She has also petitioned and briefed the California Supreme Court.
