Wage and hour partner Eric Lloyd has practiced law for over 15 years, focusing on employment law, complex litigation, and class and representative actions. Before joining Medina McKelvey, Eric was a partner at Seyfarth Shaw, a prominent international law firm.

Eric takes pride in crafting creative, cost-effective strategies tailored to advancing his clients’ goals, whether that means vindication in court or a “win” at the bargaining table. Outside the courtroom, Eric partners with clients to enable their businesses to thrive while minimizing legal risks. He is adept at guiding clients through constantly evolving employment law landscapes. A gifted writer and communicator, Eric also has subject matter expertise in numerous employment law areas, especially regarding independent contractors and contingent workers.
