Her practice includes discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, failure to accommodate, and related workplace claims. She helps clients navigate active disputes with clarity, strategic focus, and a practical understanding of the workplace decisions, documentation, and internal dynamics shaping each case.

She defends employers throughout employment litigation, from early case assessment and pleadings through discovery, witness preparation, motion practice, settlement strategy, and trial preparation. Maia works closely with employers to understand the facts behind each dispute, identify key patterns and vulnerabilities, and develop litigation strategies aligned with the organization’s business goals.

Originally from Tbilisi, Georgia, she has lived in three different countries and brings a broad global perspective shaped by resilience, adaptability, and creativity. She enjoys exploring art, taking beach walks, hosting friends and family, and discovering new food and cocktail experiences. She is also a devoted wife and mother who draws much of her perspective and drive from her heritage, family, and life experiences.
