ABOUT ANDRIA
With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, operations, and financial analysis, Andria provides clarity to employers on the systems and decisions that shape their workforce. She works closely with leadership teams to align people, policies, and processes, enabling organizations to operate confidently and smoothly. Her experience includes compensation modeling, labor cost analysis, and operational financial planning—insight that supports our litigation-informed, compliance-first approach to employment law.
Before joining Medina McKelvey, Andria served as Human Resources and Operations Manager for a Northern California architecture firm. As a member of the firm’s executive leadership team, she advised principals on workforce planning, compensation strategy, and organizational design while overseeing recruiting, performance management, benefits administration, payroll, and employee relations.
Earlier in her career, Andria held Human Resources and operations leadership roles at a fast-growing e-commerce company and a California-based professional liability defense law firm. In those roles, she managed Human Resources operations, implemented HRIS and payroll systems, and advised leadership on compliance, recruiting, and employee development.
Andria began her career in litigation consulting, conducting financial and economic analysis in support of complex legal claims—experience that continues to inform her analytical approach to Human Resources strategy and compliance.
COMMITTED TO COMMUNITY
Andria is actively involved in her daughter’s school community, volunteering for classroom projects, supporting the school’s annual fundraising efforts, and serving as a chaperone for student activities.
She and her family also participate in local community clean-up events focused on neighborhood beautification. In her free time, Andria enjoys visiting the Davis Farmers Market and supporting local farmers and small businesses.
