Elizabeth thrives in complexity and offers clarity, precision, and deep engagement in every aspect of her work.

Her litigation and advice practice spans a wide array of employment issues, including wage and hour matters, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and defamation. She regularly counsels clients on federal, state, and local employment laws, including leaves and accommodations, handbooks, employee agreements, and workplace investigations.

Elizabeth is dedicated to pro bono work, particularly in the reproductive rights space. She is active in her community, particularly the Bike Bus, which is a grassroots group focused on helping kids bike safely to school. She also regularly volunteers at school events.
