Who We Are

Medina McKelvey is an employment law firm made up of former BigLaw attorneys with an entrepreneurial spirit, genuine joy for the practice of law, and a passion for peacemaking, service, and philanthropy. We represent clients from all over the state and country in courts all over the state. We are a law firm with a big heart, a lively spirit, and a strong culture. We practice law with a client- and solution-first attitude and an unwavering desire to bring peace to our clients amidst the chaos of California employment law. We combine mission-driven culture and excellent work/life balance, winning the Sacramento Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” for the last three consecutive years.
