Job Title: Investigative Assistant (Legal Industry)
We are seeking a full time highly organized and proactive Investigative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the employment law firm Medina McKelvey LLP’s Investigations Practice Group (“MMI”). MMI specializes in conducting neutral workplace investigations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other employment-related workplace concerns. MMI prides itself on providing thorough and prompt investigations with an empathy-forward approach.
The Investigative Assistant position is a dynamic role with responsibilities that include investigation record management, scheduling, transcription of detailed notes of investigative interviews, management of new engagements and disengagements, interfacing with witnesses, research, and general administrative support.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently, have strong emotional intelligence, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to professionalism, responsiveness, and the ability to anticipate needs is key to success in this role.
